Through our PCI-compliant payment and negotiation solution, PayLogic, statements are presented electronically and securely for online viewing and payment. In the client-branded portal, customers can utilize email or text to communicate with the patient after a patient consents. PayLogic also allows users to submit and negotiate their own payment arrangements 24/7. A final alternative allows patients to pay through our self-service Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
